Saw a couple of your videos. Straightest talk I've heard on this stuff. Before I waste your time: I'm not looking to buy a platform or hand my company to a robot. I run a real business and it works. What is this, exactly?

Appreciate you saying so — and good, because I'm not selling a platform. I'm a consultant. You keep running your business exactly how it works; I help you see where compute is going over the next 3–5 years and pick the few reversible moves that matter. Nothing you can't walk back.

Reversible is the word I needed to hear. Last software vendor took me two years and a lawyer to get out of. Here's my worry, plain: business is good today. I'm not sure it's good in five years if the guy across town keeps pulling ahead on this.

That's exactly the right worry, and it's a five-year worry, not a this-week one — which means you have time to do it right instead of fast. Coasting 6–12 months is fine. Coasting 36–60 is the trap. We'd start with one paid session: where you stand, where the ground's moving, and two or three steady moves — no vendor lock, all reversible. If it's useful, some folks keep me on a light retainer. If not, you've lost an afternoon.

That I can do. Slow, but not blind — that's how I run everything. Send me a time next week.
